In addition to manufacturing bearings, UkrTehAvia specialises in designing and producing complex components and assemblies for aircraft (shafts, leaf springs, plates, and more). Thanks to its own design office, modern production facilities and many years of experience, the company delivers products that meet the aviation industry's strict requirements for precision, reliability and service life.
The company produces a wide range of aviation components, including: magnetically operated position sensors; magnetic chip detectors; regulators and actuators; shafts of varying complexity; special-purpose leaf springs; parts and fasteners made from heat-resistant, stainless and special aviation steels; and other components and assemblies to the customer's technical documentation.
Particular attention is paid to the development of new products. For each component, UkrTehAvia's specialists prepare a complete set of design and process documentation, carry out engineering calculations, select materials and develop the production technology in line with aviation-standard requirements.
All prototypes undergo a full cycle of factory and qualification testing, including checks of geometric accuracy, strength characteristics, performance under various operating regimes and life testing. Once testing is successfully completed, the products are incorporated into the technical documentation of aircraft plants, aircraft maintenance and repair companies, and organisations carrying out the modernisation of aviation systems.
